Shipping Policy

At Ceremica, every order is carefully packed to ensure your handcrafted ceramics arrive safely. Please read our Shipping Policy to understand delivery timelines, costs, and procedures.

1. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays). During peak seasons, festivals, or sale events, processing may take up to 5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is dispatched.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on all orders above ₹999.
  • Orders below ₹999: a flat shipping fee of ₹79 applies.
  • For remote/hill-station pin codes, an additional handling fee may apply — you will be notified before the order is confirmed.

4. Packaging

All ceramic products are bubble-wrapped individually and packed in sturdy corrugated boxes with void fill to prevent movement during transit. Gift sets are additionally wrapped in our branded tissue paper. We are committed to minimising packaging waste wherever possible.

5. Order Tracking

Once dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your shipment. You can also track your order under My Orders in your account.

6. Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the package and product immediately and contact us at hello@ceremica.in within 48 hours of delivery.
  • We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund for damaged items — no questions asked.
  • If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received the package, contact us within 3 days and we will investigate with the courier.

7. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners typically make up to 3 delivery attempts. If all attempts fail, the package will be returned to our warehouse. We will contact you to reschedule delivery. A re-delivery charge may apply. Unclaimed shipments returned to us will be refunded minus the original shipping cost.

8. International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within India. International shipping is not available at this time. We hope to expand our reach soon — stay tuned!
